I’m using Windows 11 with both Chrome and Edge.

Pages will not load automatically, I have to refresh them several times and even then they don’t always load.

I never had this issue  until I upgraded to Win 11.

Hi @kerrya, thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear you were able to find the extensions that were causing the issue. I’d recommend having those disabled or use a private/incognito window to continue your work.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions - we are happy to help!

Hi @kerrya

Do you use VPN?

Can you give a try with WebGL from the below help article and see if it helps to solve.

Basic troubleshooting – Lucid

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

No VPN

Seems to work in Chrome Incognito but not in regular Chrome.

As regular Chrome can’t load documents I can’t get to the VIew menu to turn off WebGL, but I can in the incognito window. However turning it off in that Window does not solve my problem with regular Chrome.

Hi @kerrya

Thanks for giving a try,

Looks some extensions / cookies is in the stem of this issue and this is purely system specific.

Best Regards

I’m not clear on how two different browsers could have identical extension/cookie issues.

Thanks for trying.

Hi @kerrya, thanks for posting in the community and @Humas1985 for helping troubleshoot here! Just to confirm, do you have any ad-blockers or extensions configured in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome? If you haven’t already, could you please try private mode in Microsoft Edge?

If your issue is no longer occurring with an incognito/private window, this means that it was likely caused by cookie or browser extension interference. Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in a regular browsing session and try again? If the issue persists, I recommend disabling your extensions one by one until you determine which extension is causing the issue.

I hope this helps! Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

OK, :)

After much testing I’ve identified the root cause and it is the combination of two extensions in Chrome and Edge..

Test each of the extensions individually and the error goes away, but combine Malwarebytes Browser guard with Wappalyzer Technology Profiler and they block any flowchart from loading.

Sad, cause I rely on those two a lot, but that’s what I found.

Kerry
