AWS Cross-Account role - verify credentials error

New to Lucidscale and implementing it in the enterprise

I was able to use the cloudFormation template provided with Lucidscale.  this creates the Policy and requried role.  but when I copy the Role ARN to the New AWS account screen.. I get the “We could not verify your credentials” error.

Am I missing something?  I am logged into AWS console in the other tab.

Just to be sure we’re on the same page, please take a look at our Import and manage AWS infrastructure data in Lucidscale article to ensure you’ve followed the step-by-step import instructions.

If that does not resolve your issue, please share a screenshot of the error being generated in this thread.
