I am working in a multiple layers workflow and cannot find a way to keep the same space between shapes. Is there any tool we can use for that? Please help.

By selecting the group of shapes, you want to arrange.
From there, select Distribute and choose the desired orientation - either Horizontally or Vertically - depending on your layout.
