I would like to move the already existing Lucispark file into the Zoom Whiteboard, have the team contribute and annotate, whether during the Zoom Meeting or after and then make any changes and then move it back to Lucidspark.
Using the Zoom App Store add-in for Lucidspark only allows your team to view whilst you are in the meeting.

A little more research, and I can see that I can share from the Zoom Meeting by launching the Add-in, which then pops out the Lucidspark document and then you can either share to Lucidspark or share to Zoom and select which participants. But what does share to Zoom actually do, will this achieve what I want?
Hi @lloydda,
Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! I apologize for the delayed response due to the holiday. To my understanding, what you would like to achieve is move a Lucidspark file to the Zoom Whiteboard. This particular functionality you are requesting is not possible, however, like you mentioned, you can use the Lucidspark-Zoom integration to open a board in the Zoom App Panel and share it with your participants, allowing them to comment and edit. After sharing, you can screen share the document you opened in the App Panel. By doing this, your team can view, and contribute to the document. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for the reply.
I can see that I can share the Lucidspark with my team whilst presenting, I also see that I am presented with two options either to share in Zoom or share in Lucidspark. If I share in Zoom would that allow the participants to contribute to the Lucidspark offline, that is after the meeting if one of the participants were not able to attend, would they be able to review the Lucidspark after the meeting. Is there a license requirement to have Lucidspark to review offline. If three is no license requirement then this would negate the need to transfer the file to Zoom Whiteboard.
Thanks
Hi @lloydda,
Thank you for the reply! Through Zoom, you can only share it with the participants in the meeting. As a workaround I would suggest either sharing the document directly to the attendee who couldn’t make it or by adding a share link / attaching a Lucid document (only available through Google Calendar) to your meeting invite.
