Hello everyone,

I also have the problem with empty boards that were last processed in December, but I do not  have limited access and my boards have only one page. In the preview section of the overview, I can also see the content of the board before opening, but if I open the board then it is  completely empty.

Is there a simple solution for this?

Thank you in advance

Hi @max.

Your document contains three pages. It looks like the first page does not contain any objects. As you hover and move your cursor horizontally (left to right) over the document preview, you can observe that the preview shows blank, page 2, page 3. It looks like you have a few documents with extra blank pages. This is very common to accidentally add a blank page to your document.

You can delete the blank page by navigating to the bottom left corner and clicking on the three dots>delete.

If you feel there should be content on Page 1, can you provide a screenshot of the missing content if possible?

Hi @max.,

Thanks for posting in the Community. If you can see your work from the docs list, but it’s gone once you open your document, then check out this Community post (in English)!

If that isn't the issue you are experiencing, and you are on the correct page tab, could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

If the issue persists, please send the following information:

  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks!

Thanks for providing that information. Can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.

@ssahagun Thank you very much, I didn't realize that the different pages have different names.... and  thought the whole time it was Other orders or other things.
