I need to move some users from one organization to another. Is it possible to do this and bring the documents?

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! I am so sorry for delayed response. To clarify, are you wanting to move users to a different account?

Working off of what Georger said I have a similar situation. Essentially we are wanting to move users who are currently part of another organization that has a current Lucid account into our Lucid account and their documents. We have already added their domain to our account under Controlled Domains so they can have access to our Lucid account. Is there a way to have their documents merge from their previous Org Lucid account to our Lucid account? Or is this a case where they will just need to download from their previous Lucid account and upload to the new one despite still utilizing the same email address?

We face a similar issue.

Our company is bought by another. So now ne need to move our data from one subscription to another.

The export-import option on a user base falls into time outs, even with smaller chunks of data, so we are looking for a smooth way of moving the data. Does this exist in Lucid?
