Corporate License

I have a corporate license, but when I try to create a document, Lucid says I need a license.

Hi Linda, thanks for posting in the community!

It looks like you have been added to your organization's account; however, you are listed as a view-only (unlicensed) user on that account. If you would like edit access, please request a license via the popup that appears when you sign in. You can also open a document and click on the orange banner at the top of your document.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

Thank you for your reply.  My teammates did not have to do this.  Once they logged into Lucid using SSO (which I did as well), they were able to use the templates.  Do you still recommend I request a license?

Hi Linda, yes, you will need a license to use templates and your user does not currently have a license assigned.
