Cannot change a username for a user

Hello All,

 

I have a user account I need to update the username and email address for. When I try to update the username or email address I get prompted to type in a n admin password, but our site is setup for SAML authentication. Is there a way around this without enabling password login and then going back and disabling?

Thank you for your post!

Since you don't allow email/password for sign in on the Enterprise account you would need to set a password with the flow here: password flow - which you would only be able to use it in this situation when you are altering user information.
