Create an Account Map out of Salesforce contacts in Lucidchart

Ashley T102

We would like to create family tree diagrams for our clients in Salesforce.  Is this possible with a LucidChart integration?

Hi there

We now have an integration with Salesforce that allows you to build powerful account maps. Please see this article for more information about this integration that we offer.

Hi Ashley

Thanks for posting in the community! We do not currently integrate with Salesforce but if you can export your Salesforce data as a CSV file you can then import your data into our Org Chart shape library. Please check out our Org Charts help center article for information on how to do this.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help!

Hi I exported the salesforce chatter profile photo url but not showing in the org chart when I import it. Are there permissions that need to be set?

Hi there

If you include a URL in your org chart import it needs to be a publicly accessible link in order for the photo to render. If the link is not publicly accessible Lucidchart will be blocked from displaying the photo. I hope this helps!
