Lost all my diagrams. 

My account was disconnected so I resubmitted a license request. After getting access again all of my diagrams are all missing.

Hi Todd thanks for posting! If your license was removed that means your admin also had to transfer your diagrams to another user. Even if your license restored that wouldn't automatically transfer the documents back. I would recommend reaching out to your internal IT team to see if they'd be willing to share your diagrams back with you. Hope this helps!
