I’m trying to import an AWS account using the python script method and keep getting this error importing the json file for multiple accounts.  I’ve done it this way many times in the past, but now I can’t get any account to complete successfully.  Am I the only one having this issue?

Hi @jbenner

Thank you for following up with that screenshot.

Could you please provide the following information so we can investigate?

  • The number of regions you are attempting to import.
  • The import method you are using.

As a first step- could you try importing one region at a time, also with the "Additional Metadata" option unchecked, to see if the import goes through?

Thank you! Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns, I’m happy to help!

Hi there,

Can you give this another shot and if you are still having issues, can you post the error message?

It doesn’t give me much for an error message.

Its just one region using the python script method and I don’t see an “Additional Metadata” option.

I just tried again and it went through.  Must have been a glitch in the matrix.

Thanks.
