Hi @its sy, thank you for your reply and for verifying that the two lines are the same color! I’m sorry that this is still causing trouble.

It is possible that the line width is different? Notice in the screen recording below that these two lines have different line widths, and it almost appears that they are different colors. When I match the line width, this seems to be fixed. I would suggest checking that both he color and width of your lines match up!

Please let me know if you still encounter problems with this or have any further questions. Happy to continue taking a look!

Hi @its sy, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community!

Would you mind verifying whether the two lines are the same color? As seen in my screen recording, the new line I created is charcoal color. The line that was already in the template is black. You can then change the line color to match if necessary.

Let me know if this is not the case or if you have any additional questions and I’m happy to help further!

it is though! maybe because i mixed some free lines with those from the structure which could have made it wonky, but it is all due to lucid chart limitation!

Hi @its sy, would you mind confirming what you are hoping to connect that line to?

When you click the line, are you able to see these line connectors as shown below, select them, and drag the line where you would like?

i’ve already selected the line in the photo provided but i cant see the connectors and i also cant remove that weird line so the only way i can work around it is to add on another separate line to join it

Hi @its sy, thank you for that PIN! Taking a look at your document, it almost appears as if there’s an extra line going up from the shapes labeled with Warehouse and Procurement. Are you able to delete that, and try the below instead?

If you try this again by dragging a line from the orange-shaded shape that is labeled ‘Operations’, and drag that line down to your desired boxes, does that resolve this problem?

Thank you for your help and patience as we work to resolve this!
