I am changing devices so need to remove the authentication app from the old to the new device, however to reset it wants my password, as I sign in with Microsoft SSO, what password do I use as it doesn’t accept my SSO password?

I managed to find the answer to this from the user settings page - https://help.lucid.co/hc/en-us/articles/360049421752-Lucid-admin-panel-Security-settings#two-factor-authentication
