Jira cards are in continuous state of syncing

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi all,

I have a Lucidspark board with many Jira cards and I need their data to be up to date.

In my case, there are many cards which data seems to be syncing (top card in the image below) and no data is being shown.

I would like to see the link, the status, the person assigned, the story points and the priority (as shown in the bottom card of the image below.

*Note that the priority is shown as a grey circle but if possible, I would like to see here the priority there too or at least, different colours for different priorities.

Do you know how to solve this issue?

Regards

Hi @danidomeque, thank you for your post and Huma for assisting here! To confrim, is this issue happening to a specific board?

If you haven’t already, could you please try select the cards in question and manually sync with Jira by right-clicking and select ‘Manually sync with Jira’? Please let me know if the issue still persists after trying this step.

Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hi @danidomeque

Can you confirm if the existing sync between Jira and Lucidspark is via Dynamic Tables?

------------------------------------------

To your other ask, Lucidspark displays Jira priority as a grey circle on the cards. User cannot directly change the color of this priority indicator through the Lucidspark Jira integration itself.

Best Regards

Thanks Huma but how can I check if the sync is done via Dynamic Tables?
I went to the Jira settings in Lucid and I don’t see any reference to Dynamic Tables.

Hi @danidomeque

Sounds like you are not on the dynamic Tables - to learn some on dynamic tables - Dynamic Tables: Option to refresh all cards | Community

Make the Most Out of the Lucid Cards for Jira integration| Lucidspark

Hi there,

I’ve tried that but it doesn’t work.
The card still appears as syncing. :-(

Hi @danidomeque, thank you for giving that a try and sorry to hear that didn’t help resolve the issue. If possible, can you please try re-importing one of the cards and let me know if that new one syncs correctly?

If the issue persists, would you mind sharing the temporary Support PIN for this board? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing.

For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here. However, I’d be happy to move our conversation over to a private support ticket if you’d prefer.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions, thank you!

Thanks Leianne.
I did what you said deleting the current card and adding it again but after that, it appears as still syncing so it didn’t work.
The temp support PIN is this one: duK9pRJBtcTdxO185033287

Hi @danidomeque, thank you for sharing the support PIN for the board.

It sounds like this might be board specific. Could you try importing this Jira card in a new blank board and let me know if the issue persists there?

I’m also taking a closer look at this internally and will follow up here as soon as I have more information. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions in the meantime!
