The sync option for a dynamic table adds / removes Jira tickets based on the JQL, but does not update the attributes for the cards already imported, this means that changes made within Jira do not show on the roadmap immediately. They do eventually update (not sure on the time period), but it would be good to include a “Refresh all cards” option so that group sessions can work on the latest data within Lucid.

We have webhooks enabled with our Jira integrations and updates should be appearing from Jira within a few seconds in Lucid. If your webhooks are not enabled, then it will be minutes, and we do a hard refresh every 10 minutes
