Hola quiero hacer un organigrama exportando de un archivo de excel pero con un mismo diseño predeterminado. Antes de importar configuro la hoja pero al terminar el proceso de importación me quedan todas las hojas del organigrama con otro formato que no fue el que elegí (sin caras y sin bordes) lo cual tengo que ir hoja por hoja para arreglarlo. Hay otra forma de hacerlo fácil?

Please read through our Org Charts article from the Lucidchart Help Center for instructions on importing data for your Org Chart.
Something important to note if you are having trouble with your photos importing:
- If you are having trouble with your images appearing please note that you cannot use links to images stored on Google Drive. Google Drive will block Lucidchart's access and the images will not appear in the org chart. In order to work around this you will need upload the images directly to Lucidchart or link URLs from a public location.
We do offer an option to bulk import Org Chart photos so that it doesn't have to be done one by one. This process is outlined in the Org Charts article linked above.
If you are still running into issues please submit a ticket using our Contact Support Form and include the following information so we can take a closer look:
- The name or URL of the document so that I can take a look.
- A screenshot of the trouble that you are seeing.
- The data file you imported to create the org chart (Google Sheets Excel or CSV).
