all lettering and numbers are now blackedd out?

How do I correct this? Im working on floor plans and all measurements and lettering on plans are now blacked out? Need a fix ASAP

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry for the trouble!

Can you please try the following:

1. Open the document in a private or incognito window as sometimes document performance issues can be related to browser issues.

2. Try turning off WebGL. This can be done by going to View > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option.

If these steps don't help please fill out a support form and include the following information:

1. A screenshot of the issue that is happening.
2. The URL to your document.
3. A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
