Org Charge Multiple Managers Issues

Hello, 
As per the guidance below, when assigning one employee to two managers, I created a “standard” line and connected the employee to their second manager. 

However, this additional line did not register the second manager as a “manager” (e.g. didn’t change the count of direct reports; didn’t allow that manager’s level to be collapsible, etc.). Is this expected behavior, in that adding new lines doesn’t impact the org chart data and you can’t actually have two managers at a data level, or am I doing something wrong?

That is indeed correct: The workaround posted by Liz can help visually connect an employee to two managers, but this does not functionally affect the org chart and thus also will not be reflected in the underlying org chart data. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!
