Retaining Flowcharts Post Cancellation

Hi,

I was wondering if I can retain read-only access to the flowcharts I create after cancelling my paid plan? I currently don’t have a need to make new diagrams.

Hi @jck2lam, thank you for posting in the community! That’s a good question. After canceling your subscription, you will automatically be downgraded to a limited free plan.

 

Your documents will remain in your account and you will still be able to view them. However you will only have the features available to free plans and will not be able to edit your documents with full functionality.
