Data source changes are not updating

I have taken over updating my teams org charts, however the changes I make on our data source are not updating on the lucid site. The previous owner has transferred ownership to me, and I ensured I am using the correct data source. I’ve refreshed the data set several times, and made sure the changes were saved in the data source (Google Sheets). I would prefer to avoid replacing the data source and potentially cause a bigger problem.

Hi @Talia

Ensure that you are using a live data source like Google Sheets and not a static upload.
Static uploads won't update automatically.

One more point to verify would be, some features like automatic data refresh might be limited by your Lucidchart subscription level
