I'm trying to create a dynamic demo of a product we would like to build. Is it possible to trigger conditional formatting rules by clicking a shape? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Hannah thanks for posting in the Community. It's not possible to toggle conditional formatting rules on and off in this way. You can apply and unapply your conditional formatting rules but this must be done from the conditional formatting menu. However you could use a combination of layers and hotspots/shape actions to achieve a similar effect. I recommend taking a look at our Create Multi-Layered Diagrams article for more information on this.
