Not able to edit content

I am unable to edit the contents in my documents in the edit mode. Can only add new items. Please help.

Hi Vinod thanks for posting in the community! I see you have submitted a support ticket and it looks like someone from our team is assisting you. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. If you are having a similar issue please try opening your document in a private or incognito window.

If that doesn't don't resolve the issue please submit a support ticket here with the following information so that we can have a closer look:

  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • The URL to your document.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
