We are merging two cloud confluence instances each of the instances are tied to a different lucidchart account or team. Once we merge the instances can we connect 2 accounts to one Confluence instance or how do we migrate de lucidcharts or link back to them
Merging to Confluence instances with Lucidchart
+7Hi Isaac thanks for posting in the community! Only one Lucidchart team can connect to a Confluence instance at a time. So once you merge instances only one of your teams can connect. As far as the inserted Lucidchart diagrams from the instance you are merging into the other it's possible they will have trouble displaying post-migration. If that occurs you will need to re-insert them using the Lucidchart add-on in order to reset things.
