As an admin How do I restrict certain user licenses from connecting to the salesforce integration?
Control users access to Salesforce Connection in Lucid
+15Hi @ginnette l thank you for posting in the community! Only users who are members of the Salesforce User Group in Lucid will have access to the Salesforce integration. You can manage this via the Document management tab found in the Salesforce integration.
To find this please navigate to Lucid Admin Panel > App integrations > Lucidchart > Salesforce > Document Management. For more detailed instructions I recommend reviewing the Lucidchart Salesforce User Group Management section of the Salesforce integration Help Center article.
