Trying to get enterprise access no response to repeated emails/calls

I've been requesting a connect on an Enterprise level account as I was trying to link bamboo hr data. I have spent a ton of time building the layout and do not want to redo in another platform but figured it would not be this difficult to get a response. Any suggestions?
