I am using the Org Chart Template. I have Tier 1 and Tier 2, and will be adding Tier 3.

  • I am trying to add a Tier 1A (support staff) , they  support the Executive Leader, but have no supervising responsibilities. for Tier 2 or Tier 3, etc...

Hi @wkowalczyk

By adding a custom shape for Tier 1A and connecting it directly to the Executive Leader, you can clearly represent the support role without implying any supervisory responsibilities over Tier 2 or Tier 3.
