I have a linked spreadsheet of a list of printers, and I have an if/else rule that shows a icon based on the printer type of each item in list.

It works for the most of my entries, but if the printer type is plotter, I don’t get any icon.

Hi @Russell F,

In order for your conditional formatting rules to automatically apply, all rules have to be dragged under the “Applied to all shapes” section while viewing your document at the page level (when you do not have any shapes selected/highlighted). For more detailed information on how to use Conditional Formatting within Lucidchart, please reference this article in the Lucidchart Help Center.

Let me know if this helps!
