Someone accidentally moved a Lucidchart document from our team’s shared folder into trash. However… we are now unable to find where the “shared” trash folder is.
Individual members can see their private Trash folder by going to “My documents”, however there are no documents from the shared folder in these.
Is anyone able to advise on where shared files go when they are moved to “trash”?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @JoshH, thanks for this question, and my sincere apologies for the delayed response. I would still like to provide an answer here in case it is useful to you or anyone else. Lucid doesn’t have a “shared” trash folder - instead, a deleted document that was shared will be placed in the trash of the document’s owner. From there, either:
the owner can restore the document to give collaborators access again.
any collaborator with access to the document will see a prompt to create a duplicate of the trashed original to continue editing it.
