Embedded in Archbee issue

I have been trying to use a Lucidchart chart embedded in Archbee and the following error is occurring: "Our servers experienced an error. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Anyone?

Hi @Alex G101, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! There are a couple of specific things worth noting when working with embedding:

  • Please test the embedded diagram in a Google Chrome Incognito browsing session. This often improves performance by clearing your cache and cookies and disabling your extensions.
  • Please also try connecting to a different internet connection to make sure that there is no network interference.

This issue now is solved!

I dont have permission in my license to create a guest shareable link, but just publish the chart works very well.
