I have chosen a vertical layout of an organizational chart but when I added an additional layer for supervisory roles the layout for that particular department/role converted to a horizontal layout. The rest of the chart (8 departments/roles) are still vertical. Is there an ability to override this automatic change in order to have the entire chart in the vertical layout?

Thanks for reaching out to the Lucid community. If you have multiple supervisors under one manager (so more than one person with direct reports under a manager) it will need to be formatted horizontally to accommodate the additional supervisors. There is no way to override this formatting. Let me know if you have any additional questions and I apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.
