I am aware of the export to vdx or vdsx feature. The problem is whenever I export my lucidchart document to Visio. Visio does not show the work/design I did. It just shows the background.
For the love of god. Can someone tell me how to properly export lucidchart to Viso.
+7Hi Shazzah thanks for posting in the Community. As a first step- if you haven't already could you please try exporting your document in both VSDX and VSD file formats from Lucidchart? Switching the file type can sometimes correct issues in the file itself.
If that doesn't help there may be a specific issue with this document causing the export to fail. Would you mind using this form to submit a Support ticket? Please be sure to include the Lucidchart URL of your document and a copy of the .VSD or .VSDX file so we can take a closer look at the issue.
