On my Documents dashboard I have 5 charts including a new one that I created last week (Dec 18 Accountability). The Dec 18 Accountability that I'm trying to open has a blank box on the dashboard. If I hover the box my chart shows up if I open the chart it is not there (I just see the blank drawing box). Any ideas?
Partially Missing Chart
Hi Scott this is because the first page of your document is probably blank. If you open the document you should be able to remove the blank page or move the page that has your chart on it to the #1 spot so that it displays on your Documents dashboard. Hope this helps!
