Visio Export

Question

I have two questions, that i need assistance on.

1).I have a paid copy of Lucid chart that does not appear to have the “download as’ functionality under the file command bar.

2). I am attempting to export a Lucid Chart file in and Visio Format to others who do not have Lucid Chart. When i use export function and select the Visio format, the download is not visible because i do not have a copy of Visio. The file is blank, so i do not know how to export as i opne the file. Any help is appreciated. tks

Hey @Processtom-- thanks for posting!1.) We do not have a Download As functionality. You’d need to navigate to File > Export > Visio.2.) It sounds like you’ve made it to the proper place and are able to export the file. To clarify -- are you downloading the file as a VSDX or VDX file type? Either of these would ONLY be able to be opened in Visio only and would be the file type you’d want to send to your colleagues.Hope this helps clarify!
