Hi I'm stuck in comment mode? Don't think I have used any special shapes? Is this something in my settings as I understand I come under a company licence?

Thanks for your post. It's possible that you are an unlicensed member of your team. I would recommend reaching out to your Team Admin to grant you a license so that you can edit diagrams. Also are you sure that you own the documents you are trying to edit? If someone shared them with you it's possible they shared them with comment-only permissions. If they re-share with edit permissions you should be able to edit your diagram.
