It seems that we used to be able to drag and drop shared files (Shared with me) to folders in "My documents" but this does not seem to work anymore... Can you please advise?

Hi Olivier thanks for your post! Moving documents from a "Shared with Me" folder to "My Documents" should be possible. Can you please confirm what you're experiencing when it doesn't work?
- Are you unable to drag the document at all or do you receive an error message?
- What permission level do you have for the document in your "Shared with Me" folder - View Only Comment Edit or Edit and Share?
- Does this happen with only one document or with any that you try to move?
