On a project several people are creating documents. Finding docs is a problem. I take it that "Shared with Me" refers to files created by others and shared with me. It can be sorted A-Z which is helpful. "Recent" however cannot be sorted so hard to find docs. Is there overlap in what shows up in these two options? Can docs from either be moved into labeled folders? Thanks.

Hi Inge thanks for reaching out and for the great questions! Documents can be moved from the "Shared With Me" folder into your account and labelled/organized like normal from there. All documents in the "Recent" folder are already getting pulled from either the main documents folder or the shared folder. It's also already sorted by last update so can't be organized/sorted more as you know. 


Also have you tried using the document search bar from your home page? That makes it really easy to access documents no matter what folder they're in.
