I have business users without license. It means that they can view but no changes allowed.
Every time they access the chart or push buttons ... they generate a license request.
It is very annoying for the business users.
How can I (administrator) disable it ?

Thanks for posting. There is not a way to turn this off. The requests are not generated automatically. These users are hitting the license request button. Likely it is because they wish to edit the document.
