I saw earlier that there's a place where we can allot a license for each group but I just couldn't find that option anymore on our Lucidchart account. Was that a bug I saw and can only be accessed by Enterprise accounts (We are not on Enterprise)? Also is there a way to not give users permission to add users to our team? We only want the Team Admin and the Account Owner to have that capability.

Thanks for posting in the community! The ability to assign license allotments to various groups is an enterprise only feature. To see a comprehensive list of features available to different account types please see this help center article.


In regard to your second inquiry you can adjust your account settings to only allow for admins to invite users to the team. If you go to the admin panel > identity management tile > domain invitations > you will see this as the fourth option.
