When entering the "Last Modified" could it not be the date/time someone has made edits instead of when I open the document again?
hi
The "Last Modified" timestamp currently updates based on when the document is opened, rather than solely reflecting when edits are made.
If tracking edits is critical for your workflow, you can use the Revision History feature to view a detailed log of changes and edits made to the document, including timestamps for each update.

I hope this helps.
Hey Ria, Thank you for the response but for my organization, we wouldn’t need the name of the last individual who opened the document. We would need the name of the last person who made edits. Yes, I am aware of the option to review the revision history. Its similar to an audit trail on any other program. We need an input setting for “Last Modified by” instead of Last Viewed by. Could you guys work that in, please? It’s too inconvenient to go through a revision history to figure out who was the last person to make edits on a document when it could be provided at the top of the document automatically.
