I have these additional circles that show story points per status next to my Jira cards and I am unable to figure out how to make them go away.  Does anyone know how to turn these off?

Good morning @shuffman,

Without having the board it’s hard to confirm exactly, but to me that looks like conditional formatting with custom shapes. Are you the owner of the board? Is it possible that someone has added a conditional formatting rule?

I am the owner of the board and I turned it on, but I am a new user and have not idea how I did it.  :)  Everything I have looked at tells me to click on the data tab.  Unfortunately the data tab is not visible.  I’ve gone through all of the settings and am unable to find where to turn it on or off.

Hi @shuffman, thank you for posting in the community! As @Shantel Gillette mentioned, the circles do look like conditional formatting. Did you use a template when creating your board?

Conditional formatting is not available directly in Lucidspark  which is likely why you can’t find it in the editor, however it’s possible to access this feature in Lucidchart via Universal Canvas

Could you please try opening the board in question and switch over to Lucidchart by clicking the red Lucidspark icon and selecting ‘Edit in Lucidchart’? This should allow you to confirm if conditional formatting is enabled for this specific document.

If the issue persists, we’d love to take a closer look at your board. Can you please share the temporary Support PIN for this board? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing.

For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This Support PIN doesn’t allow anyone but Lucid Support to take a look at your document, so you are safe to post it here.

Let me know if you have any questions, thank you!

This may have done the trick.  Once I clicked on Edit in Lucidchart, it brought up the menus I was not able to see.  Through this I was able to get to the conditional formatting menu and remove at least one of the circles.  (I need to go through the rest and determine which to turn off and which to leave.)  I opened a new board and clicked on Edit in Lucidchart.  I imported several Jira cards and there were no circles.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the update @shuffman! I’m glad to hear that helped resolve the issue. Did you use a template when you first created your document? It may be where the conditional formatting is coming from.

Let me know if you have any questions!
