I was testing the org charts with pictures. Headshots from LinkedIn profiles work well but I've been having problems with pix that come from another source e.g. corporate website leadership pages. It seems the URL need to contain the word "image" in one way or another to be recognized but I'm not sure. It also didn't work to download the pix onto my OneDrive and link that way. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. Any publicly hosted image should work. It is not possible to use images stored in your OneDrive or Google Drive because they are not public. If you continue to have trouble with this could you please reach out via this form and include the link to the image you are trying to use?
