How do we prevent users from selecting add-ins or functions that violate our corporate security policy? For instance saving files to Dropbox or integrating with Google.

Thanks for reaching out. Most of our third party storage integrations must be enabled by an admin. Of course the exception to that is Google Drive. That being said we pass a users email as the primary ID for integrating with Drive so in this way your users will not be able to integrate their corporate emails with a Drive account. If you are using G Suite or Drive for your company sharing and exporting restrictions can be set by admin within those products. We allow for admin's to restrict sharing/exporting within Lucidchart outside of any third party integrations. Please let me know if you have further questions or if I am missing something about your request.
