Free accounts can participate in my document created with paid license ?

Hi

My company has a corporate license. I've created several documents with Lucidchart for a project and I'm inviting our customer to collaborate to it.

However it seems they are unable to participate as they have no licence and the documents are beyond the 60 elements limit.
Is this normal ?

Thank you for posting! If someone from a higher level account shares a document with someone on a lower account level the lower user will be unable to edit the document since they do not have access to the same features that the higher user has.
