Hello,

i have a micosoft 365 exel file linked to my Lucidchart document.

Now i can refresh data. But how can i automatically add shapes to my org chart, if a new row is added in my Excel File?

Thanks for posting in the Community! Updating your shapes in your org chart from your Excel file depends on what sync option you have chosen. Do you have two-way sync enabled? Instruction can be found here.
