When i go to edit the content it's editable just not visible when viewing
any ideas on how to fix this? thanks
All the text is invisible on my lucid chart diagram. The diagram and content is there but not showing!!
+11Hi Sam Thanks for posting on the community. It looks like this issue might be caused by the way WebGL is interacting with the graphics card on your computer. To check please try turning WebGL off. You can do this in the View menu (View > Rendering > Use WebGL) and unselecting Use WebGL. Let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue for you!
I have the exact same problem!!!
I followed the advice above and things look ok now. Not that I had turned WebGL on in the first place...
+11Hi Laura glad to hear that trick worked! WebGL allows Lucid to use your graphics card to render graphics which can increase the speed and performance of your documents. Since it usually improves doc performance the default is having it enabled.
CG: Same issue! Thanks this fixed but also wonder how it self triggered into a node that clear does not work. Sounds like a clear bug...
