Is there an updated timeline on when JIRA (datacenter) integration will be available on Lucid FedRAMP? What are the connectivity options for disconnected JIRA environments from the Internet? Can this sync be brokered securely in another manner?

Hi Wes thanks for posting your questions in the Lucid Community! We recently launched the Lucidchart <> Jira Data Center integrations! Setup instructions can be found in the Lucid Help Center here.

Please note you will need to be connected to the internet to embed Lucidchart diagrams in your Jira Data Center instance and to sync your diagram previews. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
