Why I love it: This is one of the boards I created when I led retrospective meetings on my old team! I would have teammates vote on a general theme, and then I would create a themed board based on that idea. This theme was butterflies on animal noses, and I had a lot of fun finding individual images of animals to add to the fantasy-like backdrop, as well as putting little butterflies on each animals’ nose. Teammates got a kick out of realizing that ALL the animals had a butterfly on their noses. I also find the overall template to be calming and relaxing to look at.
