How do we attach a team member to Lucid chart when the admin is on holiday?

I just attached my free account into a team, transferring control of all my drawings. I now cannot edit my own diagrams until a suite license is added. Sadly our admin is on holiday. I am part of a team which has not paid for access, so I’m locked out of my own work. What to do?

Hi Marcus, thanks for posting in the community! It looks like you were able to activate a 7-day trial license -- are you able to edit your documents now?

Hi.

Yep, I entered the 7 day grace period.

Not sure the manager will be back in time though. Hoping I don’t lose my work, so sharing it with everyone.
