I ask because my company shared with me a link to join a Lucid team, but when I click on the link I get the following message: Unable to join team, the account is full. I would like to know why this is happening and how it can be solved?

Concern about permissions to join a Lucid team

Kindly Contact the Team Owner

The company or team owner might have set a specific member limit for the team itself, regardless of the overall subscription plan

Else - Lucid plans have different team size limits. It's possible the team's current plan restricts the number of users and in such case system send this message - "Unable to join team, the account is full"
