Lucidscale can't import AWS accounts

hi all, I’ve been using Lucidscale for a year. However, now I’m having some problems with it. It lets me fill in all key information to authenticate, then lets me name the account etc, but after all is done, nothing happens. It also wouldn’t let me delete all previous accounts. I can click delete and all but accounts stayed on the list. But on the next day all have disappeared. Something’s not right. Anyone had anything like this happen?

Could you please provide the following information so we can investigate? 

  • The import method you are using. 
  • The number of accounts you’re attempting to import.
  • A screenshot of any error messages or pop ups that appear.
  • A screenshot of the Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (if your computer is a Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (if your computer is a Mac).

not in my case. If you read my post, everything works in my case, all buttons are pressed fine. Just nothing happens in the end

after I got our lucid acc manager on the line, it was escalated to support. Whatever they did, it worked. Thank you all.
